The so-called gap suction tube is an intake manifold coming from racing. Primarily it ensures an even filling in all cylinders of the engine. The intake manifold fits to many 1.8T engines with small channels in the cylinder head (small port). For cylinder heads with large port, the intake manifold can be modified in the transition to the cylinder head (Big Port).

The 1.8T racing intake manifold distributes more charge air more quickly and evenly to all 4 cylinders.

This creates optimal combustion! The length of the channels and the specially the shaped geometry of the intake bell allow maximum efficiency!

Depending on the engine type and software adaptation, this results in an additional power of up to 29hp and 75 NM.

Depending on the engine, even without software adaptation, a significant performance gain of about 16hp is achieved.

The geometry of the intake manifold was constructed according to an old principle of motorsport. Optimal also for further and larger conversion measures!

All holes, threads and vacuum connections are included. All sealing surfaces are planned.

The intake manifold is instant "plug'n'play" ready to be installed.
