Motorsport throttle valve for VW Polo G40

The original throttle valve is simply replaced with this motorsport throttle valve.

The brass throttle valve is CNC-machined on the edge to allow a flat angle there. This prevents the throttle valve from jamming in the housing.

Our throttle valves do not have the wedges found on the original throttle valve. The result is more direct throttle response and higher peak power. Overall, more power is available in the higher speed range (from 4000 rpm).

The throttle valve fits very precisely and is easy to install. It is made of brass.

For all VW Polo G40.

You will get only the throttle valve and not the complete throttle body.
