To produce the RS G45 supercharger, first we modify the two G40 case halfts with a CNC machine in this case, that the bigger displacer will fitt.
The next step is the making of the G45 displacer. We produce the G45 displacer with a used G60 displacer, where we remove material and cut a new notch for the sealing stripes.
Last not least, we modify the main shaft and make a RS-modification from the G45 supercharger.
Through all the changes we reach a boost pressure increase about +0,35 bar.
The price for the RS G45 is a completely rebuilt G45 supercharger with supplied parts from you. All wear parts (sealing strips, bearings, shaft oil seals, ...) will be replaced from us. To make the conversion, we need two used G40 case halfs and a used G60 displacer. The G60 displacer can be damaged at the groove (where the notch for the sealing stripes is), because we "short" the displacer.

The development of the RS G45 supercharger and the work will be made from a partner company.
The RS G45 supercharger was tested in the past few months (year 2011) in several test cars more than 15.000km very successfully, so now we can offer this world unique work of a RS G45 supercharger.
