RS modified throttle body for VW Polo G40 until year 1990 für "Rüssellader" (exchange)

RS modified throttle body for VW Polo G40. The base is a used original G40 throttle body.

The throttle body is streamlined improved. Likewise, from the throttle valves we will remove the wedges.

Features:

Removing the throttle wedges
Diameter from the inlet: 54.5 mm
Diameter to the bypass: 36.5 mm li>
Diameter to the cylinder head: 50mm< li>

While the RS modifications the compressed air can press by the G-charger better in the engine. The result is a much more direct response and higher peak power.

The throttle body will be processed in exchange. This means that you send us your original (unmodified and functional) throttle body and we will send you an RS modified throttle body back. On request we can also modify your own throttle body. Than we need until 14 days for the modification and shipping.

Our RS throttle body has been tested on the road and on the racing track successfully.

With our modification at the throttle body and the replacement of the throttle valve, we reach a performance increase of about 3 hp!

All parts offered here in the shop are delivered without a vehicle type approval/certificate unless otherwise stated. This means that if the parts are used on public street, the general operating permit may expire. Please write to us if you have any questions about this or discuss this with your technical inspector.
