V-Belt convertion kit 5PK for Polo G40 with 70mm pulley (The Original!)

We CNC manufacture the new generation of our 5PK V-belt conversion kit from high-strength aluminum 7075 (EN-AW7075), which is also used in the aerospace industry. The aluminum alloy is characterized by high strength, fatigue resistance, toughness, light weight and high resilience. All three pulleys are black anodized.

Pulleys made of "normal aluminum" contain lead additives that create a lubricating film on the surface and therefore have little grip. Say them "slip through". However, our pulleys are made of an aluminum alloy that does not contain any lead additives. This gives you the same grip as steel loader wheels!

The V-ribbed belt conversion kit offers all the necessary parts to convert the VW Polo G40 from a double belt drive to a 5PK V-ribbed belt drive.

The V-ribbed belt drive primarily brings with it a higher level of grip. This means that no slip can occur on the pulleys.

The following parts are included in the conversion kit:
- Belt pulley for the crankshaft with TDC marking
- Pulley for the alternator
- Pulley with 70mm diameter for the G40 Supercharger
- V-ribbed belts of suitable length

This conversion kit is also ideal for a G60 conversion in the VW Polo G40. All you need here is a slightly longer 5PK strap, which you can also get from us. If you are interested, please indicate this when ordering.
