If we have an item in stock, the number of items in stock will be displayed to the right of the product photo. The inventory is constantly updated. Items that we have in stock will be shipped no later than the next working day. This means that it will reach you within Germany after 1-2 working days. For items that are not in stock, the delivery time is indicated individually for each item. You can find more information about delivery times here:

Yes, after your order has been shipped, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking link. Please note that the tracking link will only be available after approx. 2-3 hours works.

Please note that the delivery time indicates the pure working days. I.e. Saturdays and Sundays as well as public holidays are not taken into account. Even public holidays that only apply in certain federal states can throw a spanner in the works for us. Depending on the season (e.g. just before Easter, Christmas or "between the days"), shipping can unfortunately take a little longer. But you can be sure that your order will get to you. If you still have a bad feeling, please let us know, stating your order number (starting with "AU-").

If the packaging is externally defective, please let the parcel service know. This notes the damage. Please let us know afterwards. If an item was damaged in transit and you were unable to identify this upon delivery, please let us know directly by email ( or the contact form. If possible, please also send us a photo where we can see the damage. We will then endeavor to deliver a replacement as quickly as possible.
