Large Intercooler & Radiator for VW Polo MK3 G40 and those with G60- or Turbo conversion.

The intercooler is including a matching water cooler.

The big Intercooler & Radiator is a specialy made from and for motorsport.

Lower load pressure temperature = more power!

You need to make only a few adjustment work for mounting.

The intercooler has 55mm boost pressure ports, suitable for all VW Polo 2f.

The weight from the intercooler is 6,2kg and from the water cooler 1,2kg.

Since the intercooler takes up a lot of cool air, we strongly recommend installing an additional oil cooler (eg DGS-00141) and the RS Waterthermostat & fan switch for G40 & G60.

Before installing the intercooler, please rinse it thoroughly, preferably with a pressure washer, to remove any remaining metal shavings.
