This Competition intercooler has the following core size (640mm x 410mm x 65mm) and 17 litre charge air volume. Wagner-Tuning "Competition" Core with high cooling performance and light weight (8,4KG). Optimized by CAD, the new competition-high-speed core and cast aluminium end tanks give this intercooler excellent cooling properties. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible Internal Airflow. This intercooler is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures. A lot less pressure drop then OEM Intercooler. Anti Corrosion protective Coating with perfect thermal heat dissapating character. Optimal cooling with clearly more power. Kit is ready for installation, 100% perfect fit. Fitment is easy, replacing the OEM intercooler. All of our products undergo rigorous quality control.

More infos: We have found out that the VOLKSWAGEN Group for the vehicles build in 2015 may have another inferior water radiator installed (5Q0121251-ET). It is a much thinner unit with a less dense core and different mounts that do not suit our intercooler. For correct fit and optimum performance we recommend the water radiator (5Q0121251-EP) from Valeo be installed.

Top Ladeluftkühler
Habe den Ladelufkühler in meinem Seat Leon ST Cupra 300 4Drive (371PS) verbauen lassen (ist schon mehr Aufwand).

Die Ansauglufttemperatur liegt bei 29°C Außentemperatur unter Last bei nur 39°C. Auf der Wagner Homepage gibt es auch ein passendes Diagramm.

Wer mehr Interesse hat kann sich auch das Video auf YouTube von OK-Chiptuning ansehen. Dort wird genau dieser LLK getestet.
