Seal for the throttle valve. Fits likewise to expanded throttle valves up to 48mm.

This high-quality G40 throttle valve seal made from Klingersil C-4400 is an in-house production from MaxRPM that is only available from us and selected partner companies!

The advantage of our seal compared to the most other G40 throttle valve seals is in the precisely fitting cutouts, which are based on the contours of the throttle valve. As a result, the intake air will not whirled up at any sealing edges and can get into the combustion chamber undisturbed.

The gasket fits both original throttle and flared up to 55mm throttle.

For the following vehicles match:

Polo MK2, 86 G40 (10/81 - 09/90)
Polo MK3, 86c G40 (10/90 - 07/94)
