This new development from HF-Series is compatible with nearly all intake systems for VAG 1.8 - 2.0 Euro 6 TSI engines. Whether original or e.g. HF-Series Carbon Intake.

It represents a very important component between turbocharger and intake system, because only if the entire way up to the turbocharger is optimized, the entire potential of turbocharger and engine can be made available.

The new intake manifold was developed to provide maximum throughput and flow.

Since the original component fails restrictively and also has flow-resistant edges, this is not designed for performance, but even creates turbulence and back pressure.

In contrast to this, our upgrade intake manifold was enlarged to the maximum diameter of 70mm after the 3D scan. As a result, the airflow of 219cfm in the original part could be improved to a whopping 334cfm by replacing it with our intake manifold, and thus by over 50%.

Thanks to state-of-the-art flow animations and other computer simulations, this aluminum performance part with CNC flange and hand-made outlets was created. Only in this way can the air reach the turbocharger in the optimal and even flow pattern. The results are higher maximum power and improved response.
